Aspect Ratio?

I am submitting to a film festival, and they want to know the aspect ratio of my DVD work...

UVS8 Says: 720X480 DVD-NTSC 4:3

The film fest wants aspect ratios:

1:33 1:66 1:85 SCOPE

Which one would I choose?

if your original footage was shot "normally" (as in full screen), then I believe it will be 4:3 (or 4 divided by 3 = 1.33)
