install gets to 22% done and then stops
I just received Corel Paintshop photo pro X3 and I am having issues installing the software i have uninstalled the trial and X1 removed registry keys but it still says i have a previous version installed and i can not find it anywhere it gets to 22% and stops. Please help i am getting very frustrated! thanks Lisa

Before installing the purchased copy of PSP X3, please remove all copies of the trial by following the steps from this link:

thanks for the suggestion but customer service was able to help... there was some hidden files that even the registry clean up wasn't able to get. but we got it installed now thanks for the help.
