Smart Download does not work!

Hi everyone.

I recently upgraded to Video Studio 9

When I try to use the "Smart Download" feature in the "Tools" menu I firstly get a blank window with an Update button. When I press this button I get a message saying "Getting new content URL from server". This is followed by another message saying "Cannot get URL from push file".

And that's it! Does anyone know what the problem is? Curiously there appear to be no support documents relating to version 9 of Video Studio on the Ulead Website !!

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem. After trying everything under the sun Ulead tech support gave me a link to download the full version from their ftp server. Contact Ulead tech support.

I've managed to get the Smart Download to work on VS9, but I have noticed that the DVD MENU BONUS PACK wont download.

Does anyone have a link for this??

Also, I have noticed that same Smart Download for PhotoImpact 10 doesnt work either.

I have VS9 and when I press the Upgarde button I get the message:
cannot get url from push file

What to do?
