Edit Colours Function

Post by leszektrojanowski »

Hi there,

I'm a Corel VideoStudio X4 user and I have recently noticed a small problem. Every time I am trying to copy a colour in the font area (Edit Colours) and keep it for later on (colour pick function), I get no luck with it. The colour does not stay in the box (add for custom colours).

Hopefully, you will understand my predicament.

Regards,

Leszek

I don't have any problems with the Corel or Windows Color Pickers. The custom color(s) are there even after leaving X4 and entering again.

The color picker to which I refer is the one used with the Titles.
MotionStudio 3D 1.0; Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X7 (w/o sp1) (Download), Corel PaintShop Pro 15.2.0.12 (Download)

Hi Leszek

As far as I know some users are having problems with retaining the custom colours.
I am not sure if it is related to the type of operating system being used.
I am using XP.
Can you update your profile to include your computer specification, cheers.

Do a search of the forum regarding this issue, if I find anything I will come back……
