Getting another copy of program
I had my computer rebuilt and in the process VS 9 was lost. How do I reattain the program. Unfortunatly I downloaded it from the web site and did not get a Disk copy. Do I have to repay to get it back? I Just bought it a few weeks ago.

Sorry about your luck.You should email element5 who would have taken payment from you on behalf of Ulead, and ask them for another download link.Go here:http://www.element5.com/ and look for customer support on the next page.I don't think you'll have to repay as long as you can provide them with a order # or something. HTH
