Hiya
recently got a copy of Ulead Studio 7 bundled together with a new firewire card.
I am trying to transfer camcorder footage onto my PC and then edit it and make it pretty and then burn it back to my dvd writer.
HOWEVER, I can download the footage and edit it no problem, BUT when I try to export it to onto a blank DVD using the wizard, the wizard is not there.
The instruction manual says that after clicking the export option it should come up with an option that will let me export using ULEAD DVD-VR WIZARD. Its not there, but all of the other relevant options are.
I do have the latest version of Nero on my PC so I am at a loss.

SO - have you got Ulead VideoStudio 7 or have you got VideoStudio 7SE (big difference) - because unless you have VideoStudio 7SE DVD or the straight 7 version it is quite possible that your version is not able to burn DVDs.
The SE versions are supplied free with various hardware units and all have some functions crippled - the most common of which is the DVD burning module. You may be able to use the "Create Video File" option to output an mpeg2 file from videostudio and import it to NERO and use that to create a DVD.
but if you want to do it all in VideoStudio an upgrade - which you can get at the reduced price - is the only option - unless of course you have a full version ?? in which case you do have a problem.
