Repeat slides but not audio

Post by dumbdumber »

I'm trying to make a video that will repeat about 10 times, but with a different audio track each time. Is there an easy way to do this ?

Copy and paste the video track 10 times and drop a different audio track under each one.

Thanks for info, but how do I do that without having to copy and paste each slide, and without having to redo titles etc.
It's for a tv info channel in a hotel so I want it to play different music each time it repeats. I'm a bit of a dummy as I only got video studio yesterday.

Not got VS on this pc, and I don't normally use it, but I'd hazard a guess at click on first item in timeline, ctrl + A to select all slides etc on the time line, ctrl + C to copy, place timeline cursor at the end of the slideshow and ctrl + V to paste, repeat pasting until finished.

Now you'd need to check it selcts all the items on any other track.

If not, I don't know if you can select all the items by clicking on the first one and dragging the cursor over all of the items to select them all.

If not, save the slisdeshow without any audio and call it slideshow no audio.

Start a new project and insert the video you've just made, 10 times, then add your audio.

Yes I think I would go with the second method - put together your slideshow with everything except audio - using 'Share >> Create video file' render out an mpeg video - start a new project put the video in 10 times - then add your 10 different audio tracks in succession - Share >> Create Video File' to produce one video
