I am an occasional user of Paintshop Pro X and I have a (full?) license (I have a serial no). I recently tried to check for any updates but got the following error message:
"Update Service does not recognize this product
Error 13001: Product not registered with update service"
I contacted Corel Customer Support who replied

Apart from not regularly checking for updates I haven't done any wrong.
So how do I get my product up-to-date for any fixes?
P.S. I am not looking to upgrade just to keep the product up-to-date.
I am using Windows XP SP3

Re: Update Service does not recognise this product
The download system no longer automatically updates X, and apparently neither is there technical support from Corel.
PSP X is not being actively fixed either so if you've been updating chances are you're already up to date and you shouldn't expect more.
To double check here is the list of all updates that you can download manually.

Hello Tony,
PSP X is what we call legacy product and you can find the currently supported Corel products here and if you just to download the updates, then just go to the link that Levi posted and you will find all the updates for PSP X that you are using.
