WinDVD has stopped playback due to an AACS check error

Post by NYZER »

Since a coupe of weeks I get an error on my Corel WinDVD. At everytime I would play a bluray disk I get this : WinDVD has stopped playback due to an AACS check error.

I buy a new computer and this program was already installed on it.
Version : 10.5.534 LOGID113053
Application : This copy is registered to Toshiba-User

I was searching on the web, but no success, even on this website. If someone can help me for that ?

Hello Nyzer,

If your WinDVD came pre-installed on your toshiba, this means its an OEM and to fix this, you may need to visit the toshiba support site at http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais ... %20Support then provide the model for your laptop, from there you should be given the update for the WinDVD that was pre-installed on your computer.
