PSPX3U and Ulead gif Ani 2 plug in

Soooooo I used the trial version of pspX3 and decided to purchase it. When I had the trial version I could get my Ulead gif Animator2 plug in to work if I ran psp as admin but now that I've bought it I get the can't load dll or if I run as admin I get not enough memory warning. Any ideas on what's up with that?
Using windows 7

Did you somehow download any updates for PSP X3, there are old plugin that wil not be recognize by the program when updated.

To add to Abiel's comment, it was specifically patch #3 that corrected issues with some plugins like Nik and caused others like Topaz ReMask to stop functioning.

yes I did do the updates so maybe that's my problem. Ugh, I liked that little animaker. I know I have several older plug ins that don't work but that's fine. This one I used quite often. Thank you.
