How can I remove a licence of VideoStudio ProX3 from one PC and re-install it on anothe one?

Welcome to the forums,
You can install VS on more than one computer, so long as you only run one at a time. The EULA states this as.. loaded into RAM, meaning the program is launched, running, being used.
If you're wanting to transfer the license to another person, as in selling the program or giving it away, that's totally different, and is more complicated. It involves Upgrade, verses Full versions. If it's an upgrade, then you must also provide them with the qualifying upgrade version. For example if you upgraded to VS X3 from VS X2, and you sell or give away your VS X3, you must also give them VS X2..

Also in selling it to another person., you will need take in consideration if you registered the product and if you bought is as a download or box version.
