Problem with updates

Hi everybody,

I recently purchased Paintshop Pro X3 Ultimate. I now have a problem after I put the service pack 3. I also installed the service pack 4 and I have the same problem. When I click the quick preview button to see my photos, the software try to reinstall itself every time.

I tried to let it to reinstall itself but my installation files are in service pack 2. The software reinstall the service pack 2 over the newer service pack, so I unistalled the software completly and I reinstall but I have the trouble.

My choices are to keep the service pack 2 (default installation without update) for not having this problem or install the updates but not use the quick preview. This is frustrating ...

Is there a solution ????
