I know I purchased Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 in the past. However I hardly ever used it as I have preferred PSPX because of its "browser". Recently, for whatever reason, PSPX has been giving me trouble. I tried using Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 which was already installed right after I purchased it. It refused to work properly. So, remembering that Corel had advised in the past that one should uninstall previous installations before reinstalling, I did so. Now I can't get PSPX to reinstall.
Thus I downloaded and paid for the Free Trial version of Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate. My account says I purchased on 2010-01-30 ESD - PAINTSHOP PHOTO PRO X3 EN UG - is this Ultimate? Now you won't give me an unlock key, why don't I get an unlock code?

When I try downloading PSPPX3 I get a blank page. All the other bits of software download There are no clear instructions as to what to do. I know I should have gotten the DVD instead of downloading - never had a problem there.

Corhell prefers to torture their few remaing customers, treating them like criminals. Basically the reason it won't activate is because Corhell has decided you've installed the program too many times. They are accusing you of being a software pirate.
I went through this particular Corhell when I last upgraded my system and needed to reinstall PSP10. (PSP 10 is far superior to 13 as 13 contains a horrifying memory leak that causes is to crash when you try to save large images.) You will have to call Corhell's "support" line and explain why you want to reinstall PSP. They will then permit you to install it again. Sit pretty and beg like a good dog.
You can try their support ticket system but don't expect an answer form anybody who reads English for at least 3-4 weeks. That will be after some illiterate email opener copy 'n pastes a link to some irrelevant knowledge base article 3 or 4 times.
Since you will be forced to submit to the Corhell phone maze you should probably get your 10 activated and write off 13 as money wasted. 10 works on even the newest systems and doesn't subject you to the "Organizer" You may need to get the 10.10 update to make it work in Win7.
P.S. Nobody who works for Corhell actually reads these forums or gives a hoot how you've been abused.

Re: Unlock Code for Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Ultimate
Hello philosographer,
I'm sorry to hear your story. If your product is 2010-01-30 ESD - PAINTSHOP PHOTO PRO X3 EN UG, this not PSP X3 Ultimate, since PSP X3 Ultimate was released later last year, your's was ordered January 30. 2010.
Anyhow if you purchased PSP X3, you should have the download link with the Serial Number for your products, if not you should have atleast the serial number indicated in the order email and you just need to activate the PSP X3 from this link.
You can also read this "http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... d-My-Order " for information on redownloading your product.
You mentioned that you are getting a blank screen. Is it possible that you get a screen-shot of that screen and insert it here. so that we know that blank screen that you are getting.
I would appreciate if you reply to this post.
Thanks,
Abiel

I'm guessing that you are getting the details of your PSP X3 order from a section of your account page labelled "Your Order Status & History". Also on that page there is a link to "Registered Products" where you can find a copy of your serial number.
