Where do I get new Project Templates?

Where do I get new Project Templates?
I purchased Corel PrintShop Photo Pro X3 because it had so many photo editing tools that I really love. However, I find the Photo Project Creator software to be severely lacking in templates that you can put your photos in. I expected there to be a wide selection of layouts, backgrounds, etc, to choose from, but alas - not the case! And although it says you can go online to download new Projects - I'm not finding ANY. Am I just not looking in the right place maybe?? If not available through Corel, can anyone offer other sites where I could download templates for cards, photo frames and such?
