Rephrase of a question….

How can I make a button appear to be invisible, but become visible when selected?
I want to have a series of titles in a vertical list appear to have an arrow that moves up and down when I use the DVD remote arrow up and down…and obviously play when I hit the select button …. Any suggestions.
FYI. I know that this can be done since I have done it in the past, I just forgot how I did it.

You could use text (a font with arrows in it) or a graphic. This post essentially covers both.
