I suffered a hard drive failure and lost my X3. I still have the key # , and tried to download it again and it fails to install every time. I get a message that says "The system cannot find the file specified, C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3\1.5.1.001\Lang\Custom\Init.htm"
I searched the computer, and it is missing, but why don't I get the file when I download the program. I've tried several times and it never shows up.
I've spent hours trying to get help from Corel Support, but it's impossible to navigate that mess.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Re Install X3
To fix this, you will need to first clean out any unwanted files related to PSP X3 by following these steps: http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... oto-Pro-X3.
Then redownload the program from the order email when you login to your corel.com account, just follow these steps: http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... d-My-Order

Re: Re Install X3
A lot of Corel Knowledgebase links are currently out of action while the system is rebuilt. Simone from Corel UK support posted another link for the cleanup tool that works in the interim - ftp://coreluser-d:corel%2702@emeaftp.co ... ver1_9.exe.

Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through, but it worked. Yay. Consider this issue solved. Thanks for the help.
