I just purchased a new Canon D300 (EOS Rebel T3i) and had been using previously, Adobe photoshop.
Adobe is forcing me to buy an upgrade in order to use their Canon raw support. I was wondering my
Photoshop Pro XI has Canon raw support and if so wheer do I download it?

You may want to check with adobe's web site and see if they have a link there for the update. But PaintShop Photo Pro X3 supports the raw file of Canon D300. You can check the complete list of supported raw files here.
