After not being successful in using "Fit and Burn" (see other posts) I downloaded and tried out DVD Shrink to reduce my DVD to a iso file that would fit on a 4.7GB DVD-R. No problem, nice piece of software.
I then hunted around and found the DVD/VCD Disc Image Burner that came with VS9 and selected the new iso file and tried burning to the 4.7GB DVD. At about 90% of the task bar the process just hangs and never finishes. I tried with multiple DVD's and toggled the overrun option to try in both on and off. Always the same result.
Is anybody else using this for this purpose and know any magic tricks?
Appreciate your help.
(The Dell computer came with Sonic RecordNow but the ISO image burn to DVD feature is only available in an upgrade). Any free a good trial version software out there that anyone would recommend trying?
