Hi Jack

I assume you no longer have the disc, and that you have copied the disc content to your hard drive.

There are two ways of importing the files to Video Studio.

1 / right click the timeline and select Import Digital Media, browse your hard drive for the Video-TS folder, the system will parse the contents, then you select the Title box..

2 / If you have re-named the Vob files as MPG then you should be able to import as normal. Right click timeline and select “Import Video”
Browse the computer for the re-named files.

Jack if you are still having problems I can talk to you on line using MSN.
I will look out for you on line………….

Otherwise get your brother to return the DVD-RW disc

Anyhow never mind about all this video stuff….more importantly I hope you and Nadine are keeping well……Jack send me an e-mail

Thank you Brian,
You make an interesting point, the vob files now Mpg files are in a TS folder and i have been selecting them individually and opening them up on The time line.
I am hoping that is where am am going wrong, Looking back at the replies i see Trevor mentioned about the folder and i missed that I will give it a try and let you know. For a 80 plus pensioner things can be missed, Just ask Trevor.
