Windvd pro wont even give me the option to configure 3d

Hi, i just recently purchased windvd pro to play bluray 3d. Now the version i have is 10.0.5.713(im guessing its the latest one). Now my 3d setup is a Zalman m240 3d passive monitor with a ati 5870. I have played my Resident Evil Afterlife 3d bluray using a trial of Total Media theatre and it worked great. Anyway after the trial ran out i decided to get Windvd pro since it too can play bluray 3d. Anyway when i go to play my bluray i dont get any option in the setup tab or in the enhancment tab to configure my 3d. It either seems to be not detecting my 3d setup or im doing something wrong. I really hope its not just the windvd program not being compatible with my passive monitor at all, which would really ennoy me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello Hector,

It appears that your WinDVD 2010 Pro is not updated. You should have 10.0.5.819.119564 in order to see the 3D Playback. To update your WinDVD 2010, you can visit http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/ ... 5746622377 and see all the updates for WinDVD 2010.

You can also use the CHECK FOR UPDATES by opening the COREL GUIDE > PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES > CHECK FOR UPDATES.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the update checker and it says no new update available? Also when I go to install the service pack 5 update it says no windvd detected??? Im not really sure what to do? Is there a way to download an old version then simply update from scratch?
