Graphics Tablet Improving Performance in PSP
I have a Genius 8 x 6 tablet - Everything works correctly but when I draw with it the lines are hacky - so it's impossible to produce a really good looking finished product. Even the small lines are hacky. Anybody know how to improve the graphic tablets performace in PSP. The likes smooth out really good but their still hacky ! I've seen some really good work with the tablet and have even had some other people draw on mine but the results are the same.

What tool are you using when you get those shaky lines?
Also, did you ever use another tablet and got different results or is it your first experience with tablet?

Re: Graphics Tablet Improving Performance in PSP
Actually I'm pretty new to the tablet and by not applying so much pressure I can see some improvement. I guess it just takes some getting use to. The pen tool is the one I get most of the hackyness with but If I go back and feather my stroke real light the lines are smooth - Maybe I just need more time learning to draw on a computer and getting use to the tablet. I will say it's a lot worse in Anime 7 -
I thought I might of needed some downloads to improve the quality -

Since you are using the pen tool, i can give you a little hint that has nothing to do with the tablet per say, but will improve its use: set the TRACKING value to a number at least 50. The smaller the number, the more sensitive the PSP is, and will grab EVERY tiny shake, hesitation, and twitch from your cursor (mouse or pen). Try and see if it helps.
