At Amazon I bought a box version of the program above . I registered the product with the attached serial number.
Starting the program it says: "You can use the program 0 days".
I miss an activation key to activate the program. Where can I get one?

Thanxs for you replay Ron.
I'm from Germany and Ihave just contacted the support via email but until today I've become no answer. My case number is: 01015423 - started at April 22.
A telephone contact with corel support in Germany (Munic) was not successful, because nobody answered my call.
Who can help me?

Sorry, we can not provide that type of help. This is a User forum, staffed by users just like you. The only way to activate a program is through Corel.

Hello Kowi,
I've escalated your issue and you should hear from our Customer Service Department. But regarding your concern, if you bought a box Photoimpact X3, it should no longer ask you for an activation code. Activation code are only use if you purchased the download version, another thing is the installer in the disc may be a download.

Re: Activation key for PhotoImpact X3
Please be aware of the fact that Ulead's CD and download version don't ask for an activation key. This only happens if somebody has installed a trial version. This trial has to be removed by following these instructions:

I work for the Corel UK Support. I will not give technical support through this forum and my answer is only related to this thread.
