Apparently registration must be done in IE9 outside for the program. Obviously some sort of a bug is present hence the "page not found" that I previously posted about.
Updated to current version (Patch 4).
Is there a way to move the learning center, or any toolbox to the right side of the screen and dock it there?
On Windows 7 64bit, I am unable to browse any folder other than C: in the "Organizer" layout under the "Computer" tab. I can see them, but when I click the + or double click the Drive name, nothing happens.
Selected the shortcut that I use and enabled the option to run as administrator. Still does not work. UAC is off as well.

You can move the Learning Center and the Toolbox by dragging them to the left side. You just need to click-hold on the top section of the Learning Center and Toolbox. Is there a way to move the learning center, or any toolbox to the right side of the screen and dock it there?
You may want to reset the workspace. You can do that by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key then double-click on the PSP icon then when you received the message "DO YOU WAN TO RESTORE PAINTSHOP Pro TO ITS DEFAULT STATE?" just click OK.On Windows 7 64bit, I am unable to browse any folder other than C: in the "Organizer" layout under the "Computer" tab.
