Error: sample start time is after the sample end time

Error: sample start time is after the sample end time
I am using (first time) the easyCAP USB 2.0 Video Adapter with Audio. It came with Video Studio (don't know which version). I am trying to capture video from a VHS. I go to the Capture section and press Capture Video. I can see my video and hear the audio just fine. I put a duration of 1 min because I just want to try it out. Then I press capture video. Then I get an error that says "Unexpected error: Unexpected error: The sample start time is after the sample end time" and I can't get it to work. This is my first time capturing video, so any help is appreciated!
