Not long ago I bought Ulead VideoStudio 10 SE DVD registered on your website. After you install it on asus laptop plugged the cables into the VCR and daevoo usb laptop. After urochomieniu program when you want to capture video from VCR appears only sound no picture. I get the message Capture the video bit rate is the 300th frame size is 720x576. When using this frame size the video bit rate Should Be Bet Ween 2130 and 11931 ask you for help what do I do that it appeared the image to an existing sound That I could afford to record video and audio to your hard drive.

You could not have purchased VS 10 SE from Ulead/Corel. SE versions are free versions given away with a hardware purchase. I am assuming the hardware in question is an EzCap device. If so, please read the following.
