Text duration time on a Video Clip

Post by swen5090 »

I have edited a video clip. Then I have gone into the edit room and added text to various parts of my video,
I was able to choose colour of text, font, size but it will not allow me to allocate the text duration time It has allocated it's own time to each of my various text that I have added to my video which is too long for me. :?: :?:

While in the edit room - switch to timeline mode ( click on small icon at top left corner of the storyboard/timeline - looks like two frames of a film strip) - now click directly on the title block in the title track - and the clock will become available to you to adjust the time - or you can drag the yellow handles at each end of the title block to set a length.

Note - that was a non-technical question which did not require me to have knowledge of your computer system to answer it - please RUN the programme Belarc advisor and it will supply the information to complete your profile - it is not good enough to simply type 'Belarc Advisor' in each location - you need to put in information supplied by belarc.

It would also help to know what version of DVDMF? If it's DVD MF 7SE, then you will not be able to expand the time-line. This was not made available in the SE version.
