Norton 360 has recently been updated to version 5, and in time honoured fashion they have reintroduced the bug that has been a feature of every new release of that miserable piece of junk. Each time Symantec (Norton) publish a workaround, and eventually they fix the problem... but as soon as they release a new version, the bug is back.
The bug stops Paint Shop Pro from working. Sometimes you can open PSP once, but after you close it you can see PSP is still running in Windows Task Manager.
The current workaround can be found at http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_vie ... 24120428EN. There'll doubtless be a fix at some point.
The real fix would be to steer clear of Norton 360. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvDzarJOJNQ
