I am purchasing Paint shop Pro X3 How do I install it with out installing the Winzip package that comes with it I already have Winzip installed Thank You

Ah, but do you have the latest Winzip?
Anyway, WinZip comes as a separate download. It's not, or at least it wasn't for me, part of PSP. You should be fine. Nothing special you need to do.
