I have downloaded few instant project templates
Yet when I go to the Instant project window I do not see the import Icon
I only see the orange Icon(get more content)
Is there something wrong with the installation of my VSPro x3

No, nothing is wrong with your VS X3. The ability to share/import instant project templates was not available until VS X4.
