This might be a little complicated but I hope someone might be able to help.
I sometimes get video off Blu-Ray discs to edit up. Some software seems to have multiple parts in a video container. For example it would say "Multipart OpenDML AVI (2 parts)".
What I realized is VideoStudio on version 11 and Pro X3 they both take 2-3 as long to convert the video. Now I sometimes try to use other software that don't do the multiple parts, some even had 4 parts.. The container that work good with Video Studio have no parts. So for example "OpenDML (AVI v2.0)" & "AVI v1.0" work without any issues. So is there anything that cane happen on VideoStudio's side to make it work better when handling those types of files?
I convert videos to wmv just in case it makes a difference. Also I used Gspot to get the information about the video containers used.
