re-installation

Post by lovroslunjski »

Please, help me.

My Windows crashed, so I had to re-install it. Can I do the same thing with my registered/purchased Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 IE ESD? And how do I do it?

Thanks! :)

Welcome to the forums, :)

I'm assuming that you have the downloaded (ESD) install file(s) still? If so yes you can. It is no different than when you originally installed the program. Just run the *.exe file. You will need your serial number handy. If you don't have it AND you registered it with Corel, just go to their website, log-in to your account, and navigate to Your Registered Products, and you'll find your serial number.

Now if you did not back-up or save your original full version download file, you could try downloading a trial version. Then try entering your serial number for you full purchased version. I'm not sure this will work, but worth a try as a last resort. One final thing is IF you purchased Download Insurance, which provides you with 2yrs of getting an additional download link, then just go that route.
