VS Pro X4 Installation Problems

Basically, I download the free trial, it's all going fine, then a little box in the bottom right shows up saying lots of stuff like: "Installing C:\...\14.0.0.001\Setup\VSClassic.msi" and the green bar below fills up. Then it opens a bigger, rounded, black, central window saying it's preparing the installation with a bar underneath looking as if it will fill up but then it disappears and at the bottom of the window there are two buttons: Cancel and Next. Obviously the thing to do would be to click Next to hopefully continue with the installation but Next is "Greyed out" and cannot be clicked, meaning the only thing I can do is cancel it. I have tried time and time again, re-downloading and trying to start the install again but it won't work. Please help me.
