Analog Video Capture

Post by 15030508 »

I got a TERRATEC Grabster AV 400 mobile board.
Within the kit I found DVD Moviefactory 3, and ULEAD VideoStudio7.

After the installation the capture of Analog Video is OK, by the dvd Moviefactory. it is KO by the VideoStudio. It seems the drivers are not found.

Could someone help me?

You may have the wrong capture plugin selected -- most capture devices use the DirectShow capture plugin.

Are you doing this through Tools -> Change Capture Plugin? Do you have an SE version that came bundled with a piece of hardware?

The answer to both the questions is: yes.

May be an installation problem? Anyway, the hardware is correctly seen by the DVD Moviefactory 3.

I think I am having a similiar problem. I have a breakout box connected to my capture card that is a Pinnacle brand. It is recognized by Pinnacle Studio Plus, but is not even detected by my Ulead VideoStudio. Any advice on how to capture from my VCR using the breakout box??
