I purchased the full version and activated my trial. Everything was going perfect. I am one of those people that like to format and Reinstall windows, like every 6-10 months. After this format, I cannot get video studio to install. I can download the
Program but when it gets to the end of the installation my computer just restarts. I can load any other software, besides video studio. It is starting to get disapointing, since I spent over 70+ dollars, and now it wont let me download and install. Anyone have any solutions? or similar problems.
Cannot install the download, given to me in email.

Welcome to the forums,
First we need to clarify, if you're having problems with a full purchased (ESD) version, or an activated trial (TBYB) version? If you purchased the full download (or upgrade they're the same), you should only need to use your serial number. If you purchased an activation key, which is for activating a trial version to a full version, then you will need to have a valid activation key, which is different from the serial number. Corel will allow a maximum of 3 activations before requiring you to call them. They will then reset your activations. This is to protect against piracy. I currently have one program PSPP X2, that I need to call them, again, to have it reset. I agree it's a real PITA!!
Now if you had downloaded the trial version before purchasing a full version, then you should remove it, then install the full version.

Re: Cannot install the download, given to me in email.
Thank you, and thank you for replying.
I downloaded the Trial Version. Then after the 30 days, I purchased the full download, and I received a Serial number. At this point I have not been able to reinstall the program, It gets to the end of the installer, and my computer completely restarts. So should I try to call them? even though I have not even attempted to put a serial or code in?
