Where to find serial #?

Where to find serial #?
I just bought a Toshiba laptop w/windvd 10 preinstalled. I have been having trouble playing the extras on my blu-ray discs. I tried to register the software so I can download any patches/updates and don't know where to find the serial #. The directions say click on help and click on "about" but I can't find either of those. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I can't seem to contact the company at all.

Have you tried to contact Toshiba regarding this one? Also when programs are bundled with the computers, the computer manufaturer (which is Toshiba in your part) have updates for the programs that they bundle with their computers.
