PaintShop Photo Pro X3 v13.2.1.20 Error/Issue!

Post by saad »

I have Windows 7 32-bit installed on my system with three user accounts all with Administrator rights.

I have installed a trial version of your Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3. When I started the program first time from one of the Windows users account, it asked me to register it. I registered the program. Then I was logged in with 2nd user account and I opened your program it asked me again to register it. Then I wanted to try it from 3rd user account and again it asked me to register it.

Same thing with update. When I was opening your program from each of the Windows user account it was asking me to update it with same patches even though I have updated the program from one of the users account already.

Welcome to the forums, :)

It's not my program, I and the other staff members here, are just users like you. Recently we have had a few Corel Tech (I think) reps volunteering their free time and help here.

Yes, it does, it will, ask you to register the program every time you install it, for every user account. This is nothing new, as I have several old "Ulead" programs that I have re-installed numerous times. When I first launch them, I'm prompted to register. I just ignore it, by clicking the box beside don't show this message again, and clicking the X in the upper right corner to close it.

You can select the register button, and register it each time too. I have done that a few times. They only keep track of it once. ;)
