What changes did you make to the tutorial to get it to work for you?

Here's my attempt trying to follow their recipe as close as possible....well I did attempt a saturation filter but that may have been a mistake.

I found that if I force it to work with the AdobeRGB(1998) color space it comes out more vibrant so I didn't need the saturation or vibrancy filters.

Made this one without the saturation filter

Thank you. It looks good, ...very good.
How did you draw circles manually or some other way?

RE: My first attempt was - that I changed colors and created gradient of my own, so it does not worked well..

I played with it latter and I get better result like my previous, here:

And when I played with transparency of all 3 layers and set lighter background color - #404040:

but first I installed trial Photoshop CS5 to see how original file looks like:
http://lab.php5.cz/bokehs/bokehs-origin ... toshop.png
it helped me. I can see layers arrangement and see how single layer looks like.

And finaly my PSP file:

I used the brush variance settings so that when I clicked with the paint brush it drew the circles for me. Then I just followed the rest of the tutorial.

Very nice.
