Trying out X4 as X2 is such an embarrassing program full of bugs and crashes with AVCHD. So far so good, but......when I activate CUDA my rendering times are slower.... ???? Compare 1 minute flat with CUDA off and 5 minutes with CUDA on. X4 so far is working great.
Dual GTX 470 SLI, 4.39ghz I7 950 cpu. 24gb RAM.
Curious as to why? have all latest drivers ,etc.
CUDA really not supported?

Have you enabled the hardware acceleration in the preferences area of X4?

Re: CUDA really not supported?
My guess is that your system is so high performance with so much fast memory that CUDA will not buy you anything, and it is in fact slower memory in there... Re: CUDA really not supported?
Interesting, I figured with SLI and DDR5 the GTX470s would fly. Not that I am complaining too much, just that this was not the result I was expecting.
