Hi everyone.
I just upgraded from psp8 to X3.
I know that Adobe photoshop has a cloning tool called "Content aware."
Does PSP X3 have anything similar?
Content aware Tool ?

Hi Andy5000. Check out Corel's page for the Object Remover. It's located under the down arrow on the clone tool.

Re: Content aware Tool ?
Content-Aware is not so much a tool as a mode in a few other tools. It's not actually in the stamp (clone) tool itself. You'll find it in the fill options as well as the spot healing brush. For example if I make a selection then hit "Delete" or selected "Fill" from the edit menu a "Fill" options dialog will come up with "Content-Aware" option in how I want to fill in the selection or I can use the regular sampling method or the content-aware sampling method with the healing brush.
I'm not exactly sure how it differs from Photoshop's older method but it's definitely a different algorithm for figuring out how to fill in the areas. The original method was okay but Content-Aware fills in and re-builds portions better than the old methods by sampling the areas around the selection a lot more closely than the old method.
Paint Shop Pro does have functions that take the surrounding content into consideration but these are not "Content-aware" equivalents as they are closer to the old method Photoshop employed. The object Remover, for instance, works in a similar manner to the patch tool in Photoshop where you sample another portion of an image and intelligently combine it with the currently selected area. The blemish remover and Scratch remover tools sample the areas around the current point to drag them in and cover up other areas. But, no, these are not "content-aware" modes.
So there are still good alternatives but if you want to get specific to how "Content-aware" works then PSP does not have a "content-aware" equivalent.
Here are some videos so you can see the different tools I mentioned in actions:
