Hi
Can I simply email a vsx4 project file to a colleague who has the same video files for him to carry on working on a shared project? Have tried without any success so far. Some of his files seem to have different file numbers but downloaded from same hard drive?

Hi Allan
Provided that both pc have the same files, with the same names then you can e-mail the VSP.
You will get a re-link request, because the files are in a different location.
If the names are a little different then re-link to the file you know as being correct.
There is the option to create a Smart Package, this will create copies of all files used in the project. You then have to send them to your colleague
