I was so turned off by the AVCHD problems I had on X3 that I haven't done any movies in a long time. I just realized X4 is out. My question is, were the AVCHD issues fixed (eg. transition jerkiness, etc.) on the latest version? If it hasn't I am not going to bother in upgrading. I do have a powerful PC, but the issues AVCHD files had before turned me off to video editing.

If you look towards the end of it, you will see that some people apparently still have the same problems with X4, while others -- who never suffered the same problems in earlier versions -- don't.
