Video Studio 2010 v1.5.0.227 Crashes
I bought my copy of Video Studio from PC World (UK). Frankly, this the worst bit of software that I've encountered for sometime. The program mysteriously crashes in the middle of creating DVDs. The user interface is terrible. I can't get any support. I simply want my money back.

Welcome to tyhe forums! I only wish it could have been under happier circumstances... 
You will see I have moved your post to a different forum as it concerns a program which is part of the dreadful Corel Digital Studio 2010. And yes, we share your general feelings about the program. It is truly terrible. Most of us who tried it quickly discarded it as slow, opaque and very limited. You should try the big brother program Video Studio x4 instead. It is 100 times better!
Note, however, that this is a user to user web board. None of us -- apart from a couple who appear here from time to time -- work for Corel. So we can do nothing about getting you a refund. But I don't like your chances since you didn'y buy direct from Corel, and PC World is unlikely to give a refund for opened and used software...
