Hi all,
I have bought easy cap video adapter with audio, but when i start the software with the key insert I see the video but don't hear the audio, I have tried on two pc (windows xp sp3 32 bit), I have checked the option and audio settings is enabled, i have tried with more device camcorder and decoder but its same good video but no audio, instead if i set with audio the michrophone i can hear the sound, anybody can you help me? Maybe any codec i have to install? thanks

Hi Dave

And welcome to the forum

There have been lots of issues with EasyCap, unfortunately there are a few fake products out there. Whether you have been unfortunate is to be seen.

There is a post at the top of this forum referring to EasyCap
The “audio” input should be set to USB audio.
If the video is ok but just the audio, you could try connecting the composite audio directly to the Line-In on the pc, bypassing the device.
