Videostudio Pro X4 - Libraries

Hi
Success, well i have managed to duplicate a blank library........

I have just tried setting the folder to C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Pro X4\Ulead.dat
To read only
Library Manager – Reset library, its gone, no library content
Removed the Read Only
VS X4 would not start with error unable to load library.
Deleted the folder en-US
C:\Documents and Settings\Trevor\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\14.0\en-US

VS started ok with a full library.
