"Cannot Open File" message

After using VideoStudio V.7 for months successfully all of a sudden I get this "Cannot Open File {93006:1:0} message. It happens right after the "Converting Videos" has completes and immediately after I see the message "Multiplexing audio and video" Everything looks normal and then this message pops up. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with VS 7.0 Tried repairing it one time and it worked. But it happened later again and repairing it will not work. Is this a bug in the software or a way to make you upgrade to newer version?
Tried contacting technical help but no response so far.
