I have the same problem, and I encountered it for the 2nd time. I was trying to upload JPG files. The first time I had this problem is when I had just installed the full version (coming from a trial). I tried re-installing the program and it works good on importing JPG files again.

Today, the same error occurs.

I also have Windows 7 64-bit, i7 processor.

I appreciate if anybody could help me fix this issue. I don't want to keep re-installing this program.
