i have vs x3, windows 7 x64, ati radeon hd 5730 with latest drivers. i edited 1920x1080, vbr 16000 kbps videos. i use mpeg optimizer, i says all video is %100 compatible with suggested values. result has cracked frames. it doubles some parts close to cut transitions. and it has some frames that has some boxes seems like compression errors that it has abnormal color lines.
when i uncheck "Perform smart render" it is ok.
what is wrong with me?

I don't think there's anything wrong with you, it's just that VS has had problems with using Smart Render with High-Definition video files. Just don't use it.

Re: vs x3 cause cracked video output
as i know "smart render" helps just to copy source. this gains time to render, in fact it doesnt re-encode original. if i loose this feature it means i have one reason more to quit vs.
i noticed that problem genrally occurs on the beginning of the cuts.

It is not staffed by Corel representatives, aside from 2 that participate on a voluntary basis. So such statements that you will quit using the program is falling on deaf ears here

Hi
Video Studio copes with lots of video types, but then has trouble with others.
Not surprising when you consider just how many types there are around.
Then the camera manufacturers bring out another flavour.
All we know about your files are that they are HD
Your best option is to download the trial version of X4, then you will get first hand experience using your own files.
