Question for Moderator

Post by mike20021969 »

Hello.

There doesn't seem to be private message function on this forum, so I hope you don't mind me asking here.

I had a topic disapproved yesterday, "Cant create 3D videos", as I had not filled in some details on my profile.

I've now updated my profile - hopefully to the required standard.

Is it possible you can approve the topic now, or do I need to create it from scratch?

Thanks.

Hi Mike -0- welcome to the forums!

I am a little surprised that you would have had a post on that subject rejected. I am on-line on this forum about 16 hours a day and don't recall seeing anything on 3D for several days. I recall that since the last one, from a Swedish user, caused me to carry out an experiment myself using the 3D function with a variety of formats. I can't say I was thrilled by the result, though it worked, sort of....

Since this current post by you is showing as your first post, the other one seems to have disappeared completely, so you would need to start over again, I am sorry. Just reply to this post by me, to continue the current thread...

Hi Mike

as the e-mail you received says your original post was dis approved by one of my fellow moderators because he was obviously unhappy with the information you had completed in your profile - I assume something was missing that he thought would provide some useful information to answer your question

It is an unfortunate fact that when we dis-approve a post it completely vanishes - so I am afraid you will have to re-post it again - as you have now had two posts approved all your future posts will appear immediately without further delay

And the forum does have a private messaging system - accessed either through your user control panel - just under the the large Corel logo at top left of the forum - or by clicking on (# new messages) also in top left corner - if the # is anything other than zero you have a message waiting
