Good day I have the same problem with XP Pro, I have left the installation over night and return this morning still a blank installation screen, next is greyed out. The link specified by trevor andrew does not exists any longer. please help

I did a search of the Corel Knowledge Base and found some reference to user accounts and being logged in as administrator.

I am not sure if this an issue with your computer but is worth a read……
I don’t use Windows 7 so hopefully others may help here…..

Yep seems the link has been changed, but I again did a search of the Knowledge Base and found this info:-
