When I try to create a video file, there isn't any problem until it finishes rendering. During the process, an icon appears with the file name that I named it, but once rendering is complete, the icon changes and then the entire thing disappears. I have no chance to do anything with the file, and searching for the file turns up no results. I have tried saving it in many different formats, including MPEG-4 and WMV. The source files are all MPEG-4, except for one .MOV. Audio clips i have imported are .WMA.
Here is what i copied from the Project Properties:
NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
Upper Field First
(DVD-NTSC), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 8000 kbps)
LPCM Audio, 48000 Hz, Stereo
Right now i have the trial version of VIdeoStudio Pro X4
Thanks in advance for any suggestions......

Re: VideoStudio Pro X4 - Create Video File Problem
Hello dad4sports,
Can you indicate the exact steps that you are following to create or render the project into a new video file? If you can get a screenshot that will be a big help.
Thanks!

Re: VideoStudio Pro X4 - Create Video File Problem
The same problem applies to me. My project consists of numerous .MOV-s from my photocamera, several .mp4-s from mobile phone and some .AVI-s from AfterEffects. My VS X4 is able to render something about 26% of project, then it gives no error message and window used to show rendering progress just vanishes. It seems like there is some kind of audio-related problem because this error exists even when I try to use "create sound file" option.
I'd like to answer any questions needed to ensure this problem is solved.
By the way, VS X3 had never had such problems with the same system and video sources.
